There’s only one book about leading a team that I recommend to my clients and it’s this book from Patrick Lencioni.
It’s a nice read (a parabel), very insightful and it describes the process that took me years to figure out.
This is the short way to knowing how to lead a team and it turns out to be quite simple.
That’s not saying it’s easy though…
