The leaders who find their way to me are usually capable, self-aware, and a little bit done. Done with the gap between who they are at their best and who they show up as under pressure. Done managing themselves into exhaustion. Done with coaching that helps them cope rather than change.

How I Work

The Approach

Most leadership challenges aren’t a strategy problem. They’re a pattern problem, one that lives beneath the level where most coaching operates.

I work at the level where patterns actually form: in the nervous system, in the subconscious, in the deep conditioning that no amount of feedback or 360s has managed to shift. It’s not mainstream. But then again, neither are the leaders who find their way to me.

Principles

All my work – whether we meet for a sprint of a few sessions, or over the course of months – rests on the same foundations:

    Because what got you here won’t get you there.

    No masks required. Finally.

    Ownership of your life, without the whip.

    – all welcome. The thinking mind is just not the only one in the room.

I don’t separate leadership from being human.
And I don’t ask you to choose between being effective and being whole.

We build the restraint to respond instead of react, take back the part of you the role has kept in the wings, and make it hold. It starts with a short application and a conversation.

These programs explore leadership as a living system: relational rather than transactional, regenerative rather than depleting, rooted in what actually sustains people rather than what extracts from them.

Professional Bio

Rosalie brings over 20 years of global experience in leadership and coaching top executives and innovators. As an executive coach, faculty member at THNK School for Leadership, and author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution, she has dedicated her life to developing leaders who can navigate complexity with emotional maturity, presence, clarity, and heart–mind coherence.

Her approach integrates deep inner work with strategic thinking, empowering leaders to trust their inner authority, release old identity patterns, own their voice, and make decisions from alignment rather than fear or conditioning. She supports leaders in stepping into their authentic expression—where leadership stops being reactive performance and becomes embodied truth.

Rosalie holds an MA from Amsterdam University. She’s the founder of The Sovereign Leader, a certified Transformational Presence Coach, systemic coach, ThetaHealer and Human Design specialist.
