How I Work
The Approach
Most leadership challenges aren’t a strategy problem. They’re a pattern problem, one that lives beneath the level where most coaching operates.
I work at the level where patterns actually form: in the nervous system, in the subconscious, in the deep conditioning that no amount of feedback or 360s has managed to shift. It’s not mainstream. But then again, neither are the leaders who find their way to me.

Rosalie brings over 20 years of global experience in leadership and coaching top executives and innovators. As an executive coach, faculty member at THNK School for Leadership, and author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution, she has dedicated her life to developing leaders who can navigate complexity with emotional maturity, presence, clarity, and heart–mind coherence.
Her approach integrates deep inner work with strategic thinking, empowering leaders to trust their inner authority, release old identity patterns, own their voice, and make decisions from alignment rather than fear or conditioning.
