Is This You
You're good at what you do.
And yet something feels off.
Like you're working harder than you should have to, or showing up as a version of yourself that's slightly smaller than the real thing. If you recognise yourself in any of these — you're in the right place.
You're searching for your own leadership voice — not a borrowed version of what a leader is supposed to look like, but something that's genuinely, unmistakably yours.
You want to lead from who you actually are, and have that be enough — without having to perform, prove, or push harder than feels right.
You wonder sometimes: am I enough for this? The imposter is quiet most of the time, but it shows up at the moments that matter most.
You're overperforming — and you know it. But you're afraid that if you stop, something important will slip. You want to find a way to be effective without running on empty.
You feel things deeply, sense things others don't, and you're not always sure how to integrate that into your professional life without it feeling like a liability.
You're ready to move from being a good manager to becoming a genuine leader. You can feel the difference. You just haven't fully made the crossing yet.
What We Work On
The territory
we explore together.
Private coaching with me covers the full landscape of your leadership — from the inside out.
We might work on how you make decisions, how you carry your authority, how you communicate what's true for you, or how you show up when the stakes are high. We might work on the patterns that keep pulling you back, the identity that's ready to be outgrown, or the vision that hasn't yet found its voice.
The topics vary. The thread doesn't. Everything connects back to the same question: what does it look like for you to lead fully, from who you actually are?
Finding Your Voice
Developing a leadership style that's unmistakably yours. Not borrowed, not performed. One that feels as natural in the room as it does in your own head.
Stepping Into Authority
Moving from managing to leading; from executing to inspiring; from advising to owning the room. Becoming someone people genuinely want to move with.
Dissolving Imposter Syndrome
Closing the gap between how others see you and how you see yourself — so you can stop spending energy on doubt that doesn't serve you.
Integrating All of Who You Are
Your intuition, your sensitivity, your values. Bringing the whole person into the work — not just the professional mask.
Leading Without Overperforming
Finding the way to be effective and impactful without it costing you everything. Sustainable leadership that comes from alignment, not adrenaline.
Creating Lasting Impact
Moving from short-term delivery to the kind of leadership that changes the people and systems around you. Leaving something behind that actually matters.
How I Work
Precise.
Intuitive.
Both.
My coaching is primarily intuitive. I connect to you — to your energy, your patterns, what's present and what's hidden — and I work with what's actually there rather than what should be there.
That said, this isn't soft work. It's precise.
I'm a certified Transformational Presence Coach, trained by Alan Seale, founder of the Center for Transformational Presence. This approach works at the intersection of intuition and intellect — neither one in charge, both in conversation.
Instead of getting tangled in the story of what happened and why, we learn to sense the deeper current running underneath: the potential that's trying to find its form.
In practice: our sessions go deep, move fast, and tend to surface things that years of conventional coaching haven't touched. Not because I'm clever — but because I'm willing to go where the work actually lives.

The Sovereign Leader
A map for
the journey.
Sovereignty isn't about ruling others. It's the authority to fully govern yourself — your choices, your energy, your truth. It's the foundation from which real leadership becomes possible.
A sovereign leader doesn't perform. Doesn't manage their image. Doesn't lead from fear of what happens if they stop. They lead from a deep inner connection — taking full responsibility for who they are, how they show up, and the impact they create.
Over twenty years of working with leaders, I've come to recognise a certain arc — a cycle that tends to unfold as someone moves toward sovereignty. Not a rigid path, but a living map. The coaching journey moves through four stages, working with the ones most alive for you.
Truth & Authenticity
Seeing yourself clearly. All of it.
Before you can lead others, you need to be able to see yourself — without flinching and without judgment. Your shadows, your patterns, your conditioning. This stage is about reclaiming yourself as your own primary source of validation. When you no longer need external approval to feel solid, you become genuinely free to lead.
Passion & Purpose
Discovering what actually drives you.
There is no one else alive with your exact combination of character, history, gifts, and experience. This stage is about finding the deeper why underneath your choices — the real one. When you know what you're here to do, decisions get easier. Energy stops leaking. Leadership starts to feel like expression rather than effort.
Self Care & Living Your Truth
Aligning how you live with who you are.
Knowing yourself and living accordingly are two different things. This stage is about making real choices — letting go of what no longer fits, drawing toward you what does, and building a leadership practice that actually sustains you. Not balance as a fixed state, but the capacity to return to yourself quickly when life knocks you sideways.
Personal Presence & Power
Leading from the inside out.
This is where inner work becomes visible in the world. You learn to communicate what's true for you in a way that opens space for others to find what's true for them. How you are has more impact than what you do. This stage is about learning to harness that — not as a technique, but as a way of being.

The Investment
A serious
commitment.
Seriously worth it.
Private coaching with me is a real investment — in time, in energy, and financially. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, which means the work is deeply tailored and the relationship is genuine.
Engagements run from a focused sprint to a full 12-month transformational journey. Pricing is shared on request and discussed during our chemistry call, where we can also explore whether organisational billing is an option.
If you're wondering whether it's worth it — the leaders I work with don't ask that question for long.

if we're a fit?
The chemistry call is exactly what it sounds like — a real conversation, not a sales pitch. You share where you are and what you're working with. I share how I work and what becomes possible. We both get a sense of whether this is right.
