How I work
The tools I use
- and why
Most leadership development works on the outside. Better communication, clearer strategy, stronger presence. That stuff matters.
But if the inside hasn't shifted, the outside eventually snaps back. I work with two tools that go somewhere different — to the level where patterns actually live.
Your energetic blueprint is a map of how you are uniquely wired — to make decisions, process information, use your energy, lead, relate, and contribute.
It's based on the Human Design system — a synthesis drawing on the I Ching, astrology, the Kabbalah and quantum physics, calculated using your birth data. I know. Bear with me.
Because here's what it's not: a personality test that sorts you into a type. It doesn't tell you what to do or who to be.
In leadership work, this matters enormously. The most capable leaders I've coached are often the ones most at war with themselves — second-guessing decisions, comparing themselves to other leaders, overriding their instincts. The Blueprint cuts through that. Not by giving them a new framework to perform, but by showing them that the way they naturally operate is valid. Is their greatest asset.
I've seen it change how people make decisions, how they structure their energy, how they lead their teams — and yes, sometimes, what job they decide to do next.
You don't have to believe in it for it to be useful. Treat it like any good framework — not as absolute truth, but as a lens. Try it on. See what fits. Take what's useful and leave the rest. The proof, in my experience, is always in the session itself.
You've probably done the work. Therapy. Coaching. Read the books. Know the patterns. Can name exactly what you're doing and why — and then do it anyway.
That gap between knowing and changing is not a willpower problem. It's a subconscious problem. And the subconscious doesn't respond to logic.
ThetaHealing® is a subconscious rewiring technique that works directly with the beliefs, emotional patterns and deep conditioning stored below conscious awareness — the layer that quietly runs the show regardless of what your conscious mind decides.
In practical terms: it identifies the specific beliefs underneath a stuck pattern and clears them, quickly, at the root. Not through analysis or insight — but through direct work at the level where the pattern actually lives.
I started using this in coaching because conventional approaches kept hitting a ceiling — the moment where a client knows exactly what to do and still can't make themselves do it. That's not a thinking problem anymore. And it needs a different kind of tool.
Scepticism is healthy. What helps is a genuine intention to shift something and a willingness to be honest in the session. You don't need to believe in the mechanism for the result to land — most people notice something has shifted before we've even finished.
"It's not mainstream. But then again,
neither are the leaders who find their way to me."
