About your Facilitators
Rosalie Puiman
Executive & Team Coach • Faculty at THNK School of Leadership • Author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution
For over 20 years, Rosalie has worked with global executives, founders, and innovators navigating complexity, transition, and influence. She supports leaders in moving beyond fear-based patterns and outdated identities, so they can lead from inner authority, clarity, and self-trust.
Her work integrates strategic sharpness with deep inner work – helping leaders access their true voice, make aligned decisions, and hold tension without losing themselves. The result: leadership that is both effective and deeply grounded.
Kim Taylor
Founder of Little Dutch Farm • Nature Coach • Garden Therapist • Former Cleantech Leader
Kim embodies regenerative leadership in practice, not theory. Living and working on a regenerative farm, she guides leaders and teams into embodied presence, intuition, and nature-based ways of leading that restore rather than deplete.
With 19 years of leadership experience in fast-growing, mission-driven organizations, Kim understands the realities of pressure, responsibility, and decision-making at scale. Her work reconnects people with groundedness, wellbeing, and inner clarity—creating the conditions for leadership that is resilient, life-affirming, and deeply human.
Together, Kim and Rosalie bring a rare combination of regenerative practice, global leadership experience, somatic wisdom, and transformational coaching.
They work at the intersection of nature and systems, body and strategy, inner clarity and outer impact, supporting leaders who are ready to take full ownership of how they lead, and why.
