Using the ThetaHealing® technique
You've probably done the work. Therapy. Coaching. Read the books. Know the patterns. Can name exactly what you're doing and why — and then do it anyway.
That gap between knowing and changing is not a willpower problem. It's not a discipline problem. It's not even a mindset problem, exactly.
It's a subconscious problem. And the subconscious doesn't respond to logic.
What it is
What is ThetaHealing®?
ThetaHealing® is a subconscious rewiring technique developed in the 1990s by Vianna Stibal. It works directly with the beliefs, emotional patterns and deep conditioning stored below conscious awareness — the layer that quietly runs the show regardless of what your conscious mind decides.
The name comes from the theta brainwave state — the slow, deeply relaxed brain frequency associated with deep meditation, hypnosis, and the moments just before sleep. It's in this state that the subconscious becomes accessible and new beliefs can genuinely take root.
Why I use it
Why I bring this into leadership work
I spent a long time coaching in more conventional ways. And it works — up to a point. The point where the client knows exactly what to do, can articulate it beautifully, and still can't make themselves do it.
That's the moment conventional coaching hits a ceiling. Because we're not dealing with a thinking problem anymore — we're dealing with a felt sense of 'I can't', 'I'm not safe to', 'I don't deserve to'. Beliefs that were installed long before the client had any say in the matter.
ThetaHealing reaches those. It's the most precise and efficient tool I've found for clearing the deep patterning that keeps capable, intelligent people stuck — not despite everything they know about themselves, but often because of it.
What to expect
What does a session look like?
We start with a conversation about what you'd like to shift, and what's been getting in the way. I'm listening not just to the story, but to the belief system underneath it.
Common questions
Things people often want to know
Does this work remotely?
Yes, fully. The work doesn't require physical proximity and is equally effective online.
Do I need to believe in it?
No. Scepticism is fine — I'd even say healthy. What helps is a genuine intention to shift something and a willingness to be honest in the session. The rest takes care of itself.
Can you see things I don't want you to see?
No. I work with your full permission throughout, and only go where you allow me to go. The process is collaborative, not performed on you.
Is this instead of therapy or medical treatment?
No — ThetaHealing is intended to complement, not replace, conventional care. If you're working with a therapist or medical professional, this can run alongside that work.
Curious but not sure if it's right for you?
This work is offered within private 1:1 coaching, or as standalone sessions. Just ask — that's what the discovery call is for.
