Terms & Conditions for payment and registration

  1. On the day of your registration, a reflection period of 14 days starts. Within that timeframe, you can cancel your participation free of charge.
  2. In case your registration is closer than 14 days to the seminar, in which case the reflection period will be limited to the amount of days left prior to the 4 day period mentioned under 9.
  3. The downpayment (to be paid on registration) is not refundable.
  4. The rest of the seminar fee needs to be paid no later than the first day of the seminar.
  5. Please mention with your transfer: Name, date and name of the seminar.

  7. For international payments: IBAN: NL17 ASNB 0783 2123 21, BIC: ASNBNL21
  8. By sending in the registration form and paying the downpayment, your registration is final. Please keep a copy for your own administration.
  9. In case of cancellation by the participant, the follow rule is applied: until 4 days before the start of the seminar, 20% of the remaining amount will be restituted.
  10. In case of cancellation by Rosalie Puiman/RSJP the full amount will be restituted. This amount will be transferred within 3 working days of the written announcement that the seminar is to be cancelled.
  11. Cancellation by RSJP/Rosalie Puiman will occur at any rate when there are less than two participants (participants will be notified of this 4 days before the seminar commences), in case of illness of the instructor, and other situations that are outside RSJP and/or Rosalie Puiman’s influence.
  12. In situations outside of our control, we hold the right to change dates and times of the seminar.
