This year-long program invites you into eight immersive modules that follow the natural seasons. Together, they create a powerful arc of inner development, systems thinking, personal evolution, and real-world application.
This journey takes place on a regenerative farm, with time around the campfire, in the orchard, in the field, and on the land. Nature is not a backdrop. Nature is your co-facilitator.

About your Facilitators: Kim & Rosalie
Rosalie Puiman
Executive coach • Faculty member at THNK School of Leadership • Author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution
For over 20 years, Rosalie has coached global executives, founders, and innovators. Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate complexity with maturity and presence, and lead from their inner authority rather than from fear or outdated identity patterns. She integrates strategic clarity with deep inner work—empowering leaders to step into their true voice and aligned decision-making.
Kim Taylor
Founder of Little Dutch Farm • Nature coach • Garden therapist • Former cleantech leader
Kim embodies regenerative leadership—both literally and symbolically. Living and working on a regenerative farm, she guides individuals and teams into embodied presence, intuition, and nature-based leadership practices.
With 19 years of leadership experience in fast-growing, mission-driven companies, she deeply understands the pressure leaders face. Her work reconnects people with groundedness, wellbeing, and inner clarity—an essential foundation for authentic, life-affirming leadership.
Together, Kim and Rosalie bring a rare combination: deep regenerative practice, global leadership expertise, somatic wisdom, and transformational coaching.
