Rosalie brings over 20 years of global experience in leadership and coaching top executives and innovators. As an executive coach, faculty member at THNK School for Leadership, and author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution, she has dedicated her life to developing leaders who can navigate complexity with emotional maturity, presence, clarity, and heart–mind coherence.

Her approach integrates deep inner work with strategic thinking, empowering leaders to trust their inner authority, release old identity patterns, own their voice, and make decisions from alignment rather than fear or conditioning. She supports leaders in stepping into their authentic expression—where leadership stops being reactive performance and becomes embodied truth.

Rosalie holds an MA from Amsterdam University. She’s the founder of The Sovereign Leader, a certified Transformational Presence Coach, systemic coach, ThetaHealer and Human Design specialist. She’s also the author of The Mindful Guide to Conflict Resolution.
