You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Rosalie Puiman or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the Netherlands in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Rosalie Puiman or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the Netherlands, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. 5. Terms and Conditions for buying Products on/through our Site

 
Details of Procedures, Products, Prices, Payment and Delivery are displayed on our Site. You will be required to provide us with your accurate personal details. By proceeding with an online order, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Prices
Prices listed are in €Euros and $Dollars.
We may change the advertised price of a Product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your Order.

The Price on your Order will be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We try to ensure Prices displayed on our Site are correct at all times. All prices are including VAT.

Should a Pricing error arise, we will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated on your Order and you may choose to either proceed with or Cancel the Order.

Payment
Payment is through Paypal and is taken when the Order is placed in line with the Price featured at the time of purchase.

You’ll receive an Invoice that we’ll send to you by email.

The full payment, or the first installment of the payment in case of a monthly fee, is due BEFORE the start of us working together.

We may decline any Order. If your Order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means to the email address you have given us on the Order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to ensure your Order has been accepted.

You warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing Products or services which may be offered by us on our Site will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of your Order.
